Risotto Primavera – roasted asparagus, mushroom, spring pea, whipped chèvre

Pork Shank Osso Bucco – roasted vegetables, white wine, parmesan polenta

Veal – crispy prosciutto, spring vegetables, tortellini

Third Course

Lemon-Poppyseed Cake – wild berry coulis, almonds

Peanut Butter Cheesecake – roasted peanuts, caramel
