First Course

Wedge Salad – iceberg, buttermilk blue dressing, bacon, soft boiled egg, tomato

Poutine – wild mushroom gravy, fried gnocchi, cheddar cheese curds

Steak Bites  – portobello, gorgonzola, horseradish cream

Main Course 

Steak Frites – NY strip, house cut curly fries, gorgonzola cream

Pork Tenderloin  – herb-crusted, roasted sweet potato-brussels sprouts hash, maple au jus

Faroe Island Salmon  – pan-roasted, potato-scallion pancake, asparagus 

Third Course

Brown Butter Cake – candied pecans, salted caramel

Napoleon  – phyllo crips, lemon curd, berries
